I am currently a researcher at MathWorks. I work with a cross-functional team to improve user experience with data visualizations and graphicas in MATLAB software.
I got my PhD in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) from Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) in 2020. My research during my PhD combined methods from data visualization and HCI to design, develop, and evaluate novel interaction techniques for visual data analysis. Prior to joining Georgia Tech, I had the opportunity to work with some amazing people at Microsoft Research, CNS Research Center, and NUS-HCI Lab, resulting in publications and open-sourced systems.
